Improving lives through education and training within the metal industries.

VH Exploration and Fabrication is committed to bridging the existing skills gap in South Africa — transforming lives through accredited artisan and digital skills training.

Background

Established in 2016 to close a generational skills gap

Fabricated steel products contribute towards a large percentage of Gauteng Province's Gross Domestic Product, yet a large number of employed African employees remain unskilled or semi-skilled. Historically, it was not possible for African employees to contribute meaningfully within the mainstream of the South African economy — leaving a huge skills shortage inherited by the current generation of the African labour force.

VH Exploration and Fabrication was established in 2016 with the goal of closing this gap by providing skills through training opportunities in steel fabrication for previously disadvantaged members of the community.
